Job Summary:


  • Provide help desk level support to the School of Information technology, including endpoint and datacenter support.
  • Help move and inventory equipment.
  • Install MS-Windows and other software.
  • Install memory, hard drives, CPU's, printers, and other basic components.
  • Setup computers in offices and under desks.
  • Windows and Linux server administration, website development, database administration, scripting, and various other server administration tasks as needed.


You can expect to gain experience with computer imaging, computer trouble-shooting, hypervisor support, network file and printer sharing, website development, Active Directory, and much more.

Pay Rate:

$15.00 per hour


Required Qualifications:


  • Must be enrolled AS AN UNDERGRADUATE in the School of IT as your major course of study.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Applicant is expected to have some experience working with and solving problems in Microsoft Windows. Strong trouble-shooting and interpersonal skills are a must. Due to the amount of training involved, applicant must have more than one year of school remaining.
  • Mac and Linux experience is a plus.

Work Hours:

Up to 28 hours per week, dependent upon student's course schedule.
