About the Role & Team:

What You Will Do:

Assisting Disney's Trademark Group with all aspects of trademark registration matters
Researching, documenting, and preparing evidence for all types of trademark matters
Recordkeeping, data entry, docketing, and database maintenance
Reviewing and proofreading legal documents
Generating reports using internal and external databases
Coordinating the processing of documents, e.g., for legalization, etc.
Assisting with other unique trademarkrelated projects
Providing administrative backup support, as needed from time to time

Required Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2 years of legal experience (Intellectual Property experience is a plus)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong research skills
Excellent attention to detail
Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload
Ability to handle a high volume of deadlineintensive work
Strong followup and followthrough skills
Strong interpersonal skills with all levels, both internal and external
Experience with working effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment
Selfstarter with an excellent work ethic and commitment to professionalism
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, OneDrive, Adobe, database software, billing software, document management software, and Internet research skills
Ability to recognize and eliminate inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement
Willingness to learn and use new research materials and practice tools
