Monday-Friday, AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications)**:
- Masters Degree in a mental health field
- Will Consider:
- Enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited Masters Degree program in a mental health field (time limited) or
- Awaiting BBS registration number (time limited)
- MHSII
- One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
- MHSIII
- Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
- MHSII
- BBS Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) registration, or as listed above enrollment in a practicum course and in an accredited master's degree program in a mental health field, or awaiting BBS registration number.
- MHSIII
- LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California
- Valid California Driver's License.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services.
Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.Division/Program Overview:
- Works with clients ages 61
- Telehealth, community, clinic and home based services
- Variety of metal health issues addressed
- Provides services to clients throughout Santa Clara County
