Your future responsibilities:


  • Order processing and recording
  • Invoicing and creating order confirmations
  • Processing incoming vehicle files
  • Processing incoming and outgoing vehicle documents
  • Checking new vehicle orders
  • Preparing delivery documents
  • Providing appointment information
  • Processing subsidies from the manufacturer or importer
  • General office organization

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Commitment and teamwork
  • Independent and efficient way of working
  • Good and polite manners
  • Resilience and flexibility
