    The Commercial/Residential Lead Service Technician role is a vital position in the company.

    As a Commercial/Residential Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for knowledge of the following items:
    • Blueprints and Specifications
    • Extensive Electrical Knowledge
    • Extensive Troubleshooting Ability
    • Knowledge of 120/208v and 277/480v Electrical Systems
    • Bending Conduit
    • Material Take-Offs
    • Ability to Identify Problems Quickly and Accurately
    • Ability to answer questions related to customer requests or specific electrical questions from customers.

    As a Commercial/Residential Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for the following task items:
    • Reading and interpreting plans. (If Applicable)
    • Communicating with customers to ascertain their requests and provide positive feedback with suggested solutions.
    • Keeping track of your jobs and logging time spent on tasks.
    • Running a van and keeping track of your tools, time & material.
    • As a Journeyman Electrician you will be responsible for your Apprentice helper.
    • Successfully troubleshooting existing circuitry and installing new electrical systems as needed.
