- Unify Phone System Support:
- Handle adds, changes, and moves within the Unify phone system.
- Conduct troubleshooting of phones to resolve issues promptly.
- Execute the installation and maintenance of Category 6 and 6A network cables.
- Ensure cable configurations meet specified requirements.
- Install and test voice over IP phones for optimal performance.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in cable installations.
- Background in electrical wiring or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in phone installations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques for voice instruments
