Paradise Dynasty is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

Paradise Dynasty is looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic Host/Hostess for our Costa Mesa locations. They must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience to guest which distinguishes our restaurants as being the unquestionable first-choice.

Responsibilities for Host/Hostess

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Ascertains their dining/lodging needs.
Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Qualifications for Host

Restaurant experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
