Inside Sales Representative

As an inside Salesperson your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process Bids, orders, Credits, including counter, delivery, special & drop Ship orders
  • Sell and promote the items and products that we have in stock
  • Successfully convert initial customer requests to stock brands
  • Providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Determining customer requirements and expectations
  • Recommend specific products alternatives and solutions, based on cost, availability or specifications.
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates from vendors to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
  • Work effectively with other members of the sales team and company.
  • Accurately follows procedures to ensure high quality output and takes action to correct quality problems
  • Assist in maintaining inventory control and monitor flow of materials
  • Continually educate yourself on products with its technicalities and features.

Pay:
$52, $93,600.00 per year
