Key Responsibilities:

The part-time Social Media Specialist will manage our social media platforms and produce engaging videos, photos, graphics, and copy to increase impressions, followers, and leads.

Manage social media accounts including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and NextDoor.
Create a content calendar and publish information that is on brand, relevant, original, highquality, and optimized for each social media platform.
Engage and provide exceptional customer service on our social pages through timely communication and action.
Analyze social media insights and best practices to make any necessary adjustments.
The Social Media Specialist will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing & Promotions and other department members on video shoots, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns.
Capture and edit videos and photos for various online mediums.
Design appropriate graphics for posts (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar position
Highschool diploma required.
Must have Facebook and Instagram business page management experience.
Exceptional grammar and writing skills and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, timemanagement, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and execute creative ideas.
Video editing skills are a must as well as basic photography and design skills.
Must be able to commute to clinics on occasion for video and photoshoots. Will be notified well in advance about date and time needed.
Experience working in the physical therapy, healthcare, or fitness and wellness industry is a plus.

This is a part time, 15 hours per week, $18-$20 (based on qualifications) per hour, hybrid role of remote work (majority) and in clinic (video and photoshoots).
