Description

Duties:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer service experience.
  • Assist with Shipping department as needed.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing customer interactions
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
