Description
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer service experience.
- Assist with Shipping department as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing customer interactions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
