We are a couple, I am 56 years old and my husband is 63. He is diabetic and has knee problems, while I have a herniated disc. We have a small gym at home. I exercise three times a week for an hour, while my husband walks between 9-13 km almost every day. We want to improve our muscle and waist strength due to our age. I also have high blood pressure and take medication for it.
