Description

Evac, the global leader in integrated waste, wastewater, and water management solutions for marine, offshore, and building industries, is currently seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our US operations in Cherry Valley.

This role, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales coordination and a desire to grow into a leadership position within our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing quotes, processing customer orders, and ensuring that all contractual documents are meticulously organized and filed.

You'll collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, planning/production, engineering, quality, and shipping, to facilitate timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additionally, you'll communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and address any concerns they may have.

As a Sales Coordinator at Evac, you'll also have the opportunity to provide assistance and backup to your colleagues, contribute to the development of sales and production reports, and offer suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you should be a US citizen with a high school diploma or GED (an associate's degree is preferred) and have at least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a 'make to order' manufacturing environment.

Experience with government contracts and proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems will be advantageous. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, along with intermediate computer proficiency, are essential.

What sets you apart is your exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

You thrive both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Your self-motivation, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, and commitment to continuous improvement make you an invaluable asset to our team.
