Position Overview:

Jewish National Fund-USA is hiring a Data Compliance Associate to manage and enhance their Salesforce database. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, facilitating database requests, and supporting staff nationwide. The associate will also delve into process automation within Salesforce, contributing to continuous data management enhancement. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to data management practices and automation processes within a dynamic organization. This role will be based out of Jewish National Fund's office in Rockville Centre, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Manual Entry and Maintenance: Regular updates of Salesforce data including contact management, duplicate resolution, and address updates to ensure database accuracy and cleanliness.

Handling Additional Database Requests: Addressing database inquiries and requests from fundraisers and administrative staff nationwide, offering necessary support.

Learning and Assisting with Process Automation: Actively learning Salesforce declarative tools like workflow rules, process builder, and flow builder to contribute to automation development.

Assist IT Department: Collaborating with the IT department on administrative tasks such as managing IT bills and other accounting-related duties.

Qualifications:

Intermediate Excel Skills:Familiarity with Excel formulas and functions for data manipulation.

College Degree, Technology-related: A degree in a technology-related field is preferred.

Interest in Learning New Technology: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL:Familiarity with Access or SQL is advantageous.

Compensation:

$45,000
