    A reputable school district in Chester, PA, is currently seeking a dedicated Middle School Science Teacher to join their team. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about science education and mitted to fostering a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in science.
    • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
    • Instruct and supervise students in the use of scientific equipment and experiments.
    • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
    • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an orderly and safe classroom environment.
    • Assess and evaluate students progress in written and oral work, utilizing various assessment tools and strategies.
    • municate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
    • Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
    • Continuously update professional knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Science Education or relevant field. Master's Degree preferred.
    • Valid teaching certification for Middle School Science in Pennsylvania.
    • Proven experience as a Middle School Science Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
    • Deep knowledge of science concepts and enthusiasm for the subject matter.
    • Excellent munication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
