- Support Strategic Account Managers by handling account management tasks, generating reports, and providing essential data to enhance their efficiency.
- Work with internal teams to address client needs promptly and effectively on behalf of Strategic Account Managers.
- Manage small house accounts, offering proactive support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist Strategic Account Managers as necessary, particularly during their absence or when overwhelmed with tasks.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the administrative and managerial aspects of the Strategic Account Manager role to foster client relationships and drive business growth effectively.
- Identify potential process improvements and issues, making recommendations to management or Strategic Account Managers.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Account Management team to recognize growth opportunities and support in client upselling.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for enhancement and improvement in client care.
- Support Strategic Account Managers with procurement tasks such as hardware, software, warranties, and renewals to ensure client success.
- 3+ years of excellence in customer service delivery.
- Experience in MSP for at least 1 year is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree is a bonus.
- Prior Account Manager experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Experience with M365 business suite.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical proficiency to navigate software and the MSP sector.
- Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Efficient multitasking and prioritization.
- Readiness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Base Salary range: $65,000-$90,000 based on experience.
- FSLA: Exempt
- Extended daily computer usage for more than 8 hours.
