Duties:

• Assist with daytoday postharvest production and packaging.
• Hand manicure cannabis flower carefully and quickly to obtain desired look and bag appeal.
• Follow company inventory procedures and accurately count, weigh, package & record cannabis products.
• Assist with the preparation of cannabis for proper and efficient preroll manufacturing.
• Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted.
• Responsible for keeping a neat and organized work area and ensuring the proper organization and tracking of materials.
• Responsible for regular cleaning and sanitizing of work areas to maintain a clean working environment and avoid the introduction of contaminants.
• Assist with general work required to maintain production standards including safety and quality of worksite.
• Other tasks to help with cultivation and production as needed requested by management.

Skills:

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating plant growth
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques
• Mechanical knowledge for operating trimming equipment
• Ability to collect and record data on plant growth and health
• Physical stamina for performing heavy lifting and manual labor
• Familiarity with landscape and horticulture practices

Qualifications:

• Experience in horticulture, farming, and agriculture
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate irrigation systems
• Proficiency in basic math and mechanical knowledge
• Skilled in using hand tools for gardening tasks
• Strong understanding of greenhouse operations and plant care
• Previous experience in managing postharvest activities

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
