Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an Online Chat Support Agent.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through online chat.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:


  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
