The Surgical Technologist is a member of the health care team who performs technical support in the perioperative period under the direction and supervision of a RN according to accepted clinical standards of care.
The Staffing Resource Office (SRO) offers 13–26-week assignments where you are assigned to one hospital in our system.High School or Equivalent and completion of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program and 1-year surgical technician experience OR High School or Equivalent and completion of a military or hospital-based training program with 5 years acute care Surgical Tech experience.
1-year surgical technology experience in hospital setting with NBSTSA certification; Required Skills also includes Knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field set-up.
