PRODUCE QUALITY CONTROL Company**:
Truong Enterprises

Role:
Produce Quality Control Associate

Type:
direct hire, full-time

Location:
Chicago, IL (100% onsite)

Salary:
$15.80-$25.00 per hour

Language:
English required, bilingual preferred (Spanish or Mandarin)

Shift hours: 2:00am-10:30a -30minute lunch.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Review and plan for all incoming produce shipments.
Review, inspect, and ensure all incoming produce shipments meet company standards for quality and accurate quantity counts.
Communicate with Buyers for any quality issues, call for FDA inspection as needed.
Unload, stack, and distribute products to appropriate locations.
Work is cold environment.
Maintain food safety standards and safeguard receiving procedures by maintaining and establishing bestinclass protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience working in produce, ethnic produce preferred.
High school diploma required.
Ability to multitask, work effectively and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to speak English, bilingual is encouraged (Spanish and Chinese).
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs and over 50lbs with assistance.
Ability to lift and carry waist, shoulder, and overhead high.
Ability to work in a cold and hot environment.
Ability to be flexible with early schedule and holidays schedule.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for the duration of the work shift.
Able to use an electric hand pallet jack, standup pallet jack, and forklift.
