Your tasks

  • Overall construction/object supervision of demanding traffic construction projects in Miamitown
  • Specific construction supervision services within the scope of railway infrastructure projects
  • Coordination and ensuring of deadlines, costs, and quality
  • Monitoring compliance with contract documents, plans, guidelines, and safety regulations during construction
  • Invoice verification, change order and defect management
  • Communication with all parties involved in the construction process

Your profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering and at least 3 years of professional experience in planning and construction supervision
  • Preferably qualified as a railway construction supervisor with a valid qualification certificate from DB Netz AG, specializing in track construction/structural engineering
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, as well as independent and structured approach
  • Good knowledge of HOAI and VOB
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AWA software iTWO, and DB-specific software
  • Valid driver's license and physical fitness
  • Willingness to travel and work under specific conditions and hours at DB AG construction sites
