- Supervise all services delivered by A&C Private Home Care
- Develop a Care Plan for members. Review and update Care Plan annually and/or as needed.
- Become familiar with compliance requirements found in CCSP General Part II and Personal Support Chapters.
- Follow CCSP clinical guidelines and A&C Private Home Care Policies and Procedures when providing member care and oversight.
- Conduct on-site skills check offs and training of PCAs.
- Wound Treatment
- Medication Management
- Maintain Employee files (Quarterly in-services (8hrs annually),
- Host CPR classes and Administer TB tests.
- Oversee Client Chart audits.
- Maintain client care logs.
- Conduct supervisory visits to members' homes where the Care Plan is reviewed and revised, as necessary.
- Conduct Initial and Quarterly Assessments
- Administer and evaluate TB skin tests to all employees when hired and annually.
- Be available via phone after normal business hours and on weekends to answer any questions or emergency situations PCAs may encounter while providing care in members' homes.
- Other duties as required.
- Must be willing to travel to do assessments in and around the Atlanta Region and Northeast Ga and surrounding counties.
- Current Georgia RN license or Equivalent
- Current first aid and CPR certification
