We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.


Office manager duties and responsibilities include data entry, customer communication, scheduling, billing, some payroll activities, product ordering and quality control, report generation, and dealing directly with the owner and other department heads to ensure high efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Applicants must have:

  • 3+ Years of Previous Office Management Experience Home improvement Industry Preferred
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Proficient QuickBooks Aptitude (Online Version)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Extraordinary Work Ethic
  • A Pleasant Disposition
  • Good Time-Management Skills


Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
