Based in the home settings, our caregivers assists clients with daily activities such as light housekeeping, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.

The RN - Nursing Director serves on the executive management team, ensuring our clients can remain living independent in the community.

Responsibilities:

Serve on and reviews policies relevant to client care with the Governing Body.
Facilitate client intake assessments and develop initial Plans of Care.
Review and renew plans of care within database.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of field personnel to maintain quality care standards.
Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals, staff, and administration.
Provide support to field staff by addressing questions and concerns.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of VA or Compact License
Two to three years experience in direct service delivery with family populations.
One to two years of supervisory experience of direct service staff.
Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the areas served.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in PC, IPad, calculator, and telephone usage is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong work ethic.
