Your responsibilities include: * Responsibility for the entire residential area at the Kloten and Bülach locations, including budget responsibility * Management of 2 department heads, 11 living groups, internal health service, and night watch with around 150 employees and 147 residents * In your area of responsibility, you ensure efficient structures and processes and ensure competent task fulfillment * As a member of the management team, you share responsibility for the overall services of the foundation and its development What you bring: * You have a higher education in social or health care * You have previous professional experience in a similar position * You have experience in designing process flows, organizational and leadership topics, as well as agogical issues * You enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment and have a strong sense of responsibility.
