As an independent educational institute, we offer 3,000 seminars and webinars per year to over 40,000 works councils. We are currently seeking a
Seminar Planning and Speaker Support Specialist to join our team:


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the main point of contact for our 350 speakers and 80 seminar leaders
  • Managing the nationwide scheduling of our freelance speakers and seminar leaders
  • Organizing training and incentives for speakers and seminar leaders
  • Conducting selection processes to recruit new seminar leaders

Your qualifications:

  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A passion for working with people
  • A team player with a high level of selfresponsibility and problemsolving skills
