Your Responsibilities:
- Support sales and contribute to the acquisition of development projects
- Customerspecific concept and proposal creation
- Management of complex customer projects in terms of requirements, deadlines, quality, and costs in close coordination with departments
- Leading project teams while ensuring resource and schedule compliance, as well as budget control
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in project management
- Background in defense technology or automotive supply market preferred
- High level of initiative and decisionmaking ability
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent, and goaloriented work style
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation abilities
