Position Summary
This position supports key company executives with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks.

This role requires a dedicated professional who will serve as the right-hand person to the chief executive officer and provide support to the remainder of the North American Leadership Team (NALT).

In this role, you will filter and attend to the day-to-day functions for so that the executives can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

The dynamic nature of this role requires the individual to have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO's needs, as well as balance providing support the NALT on an as-needed basis.

The role must interact seamlessly with and with a professional demeanor with a variety of individuals across the organization.

To perform this role successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and organizational information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

This role includes monthly reporting, as well as office administration responsibilities and assisting with special projects as assigned. This role requires daily onsite presence in the corporate office.


Core Duties / Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant - As noted above, in this role you will be the right-hand person to the CEO and NALT and must operate with a high degree of confidentiality. This may include interacting with individuals on the NALT's behalf answering questions with tact and diplomacy.

May assist in PMO activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution and training:
as well as in fostering collaboration and teamwork with stakeholders. Keeps the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Scheduling - Managing and maintaining the executive's calendar, arranging meetings and coordinating appointments.

Travel Arrangements:


  • Coordinate detailed multiperson travel arrangements (includes domestic and international)

Expense Reporting:


  • Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information.

Meeting Support _- _Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and managing the logistics of meetings. May create PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports and agenda material. May attend meetings and take notes of discussions, preparing the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

Event Planning - This individual must be able to plan, manage and orchestrate events ranging from small department meetings to company-wide events.

  • Other additional and/or alternate duties as assigned from timetotime; including supporting other departments or executives as needed.
    Position Qualifications

_ Experience/Education_

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
; High School Diploma / GED required


Required Work Experience:


  • 5+ years of proven work experience supporting a senior executive or team

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities_**Microsoft Applications: Advanced functionality (in particular, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)

Additional Technology:
Excellent phone skills and computer literacy

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required

  • Complete all PERC and other online training in a timely manner.
