Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and invoice orders across various platforms
- Manage and optimize product listings on various ecommerce platforms
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring outstanding service.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce
Skills:
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics and make datadriven decisions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced work environment
Qualifications:
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish
(required).
Position Details:
- This role requires onsite attendance (nonremote).
- Fulltime position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
