    VoIP / PBX / SIP - Help Desk - Houston, United States - Pierce

    Description

    We are searching for an individual with strong problem-solving abilities to join our team.

    Previous experience in front-line technical support or a related field is required.

    The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of VoIP Telephony technologies and be familiar with ITSM systems like Remedy.

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who has previously worked in an ITIL based environment.

    Experience in assisting customers and engaging with a diverse range of people, from end users to senior executives, is essential.

    The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues across different locations is a must.

    Knowledge of VoIP PBX administration, including Avaya Unified Communications and Cisco CUCM, is advantageous.
