What does a specialist for warehouse logistics do?


Your typical tasks include:
Receipt and inspection of goods based on accompanying documents

Organization of unloading, sorting, and proper storage in predetermined locations

Observation, verification, and assurance of optimal storage conditions

Outgoing goods:
planning of delivery and shipping method

Compilation of deliveries, packaging of goods

Creation of accompanying documents, delivery notes, customs declarations

Loading of trucks, operation of forklifts, securing of loads

Optimization of warehouse logistics and other projects to improve material flow

Comparison of offers and invoice verification

During your training, you will learn all job-specific skills and how to apply them practically.

The goal of the training is to be able to perform all tasks independently or as part of a team.


Your training path:
Training duration of 3 years

Dual training in the company and at the vocational school (Kehl) on a weekly rotation of 1-2 days in school and 3-4 days in the company, with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri)

Intermediate examination in the 2nd year of training, final examination at the end of the 3rd year of training
