As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting quality control on coatings and sealants according to testing regulations (chemical and physical methods such as viscosity, titration, reactivity, and IR spectroscopy).

You will also be responsible for formulating, analyzing, and correcting colored coating materials (color strength, shading, color space measurement using software, and color tone correction).

In addition, you will evaluate, document, and statistically analyze all test results. You will also act as a liaison with other departments such as research and development, process engineering, and production.

Your tasks will also include handling customer inquiries (e.g. color matching, formulation).

The ideal candidate will have completed a vocational training as a paint laboratory technician / CTA / chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.

Knowledge in colorimetry and color matching is preferred, as
