Job Description

Assist customers with minor technology issues such as connecting personal devices to the network.
Ensure printers are stocked with paper and toner. Troubleshoot minor printer issues such as paper jams.
Check out laptop, hotspots, and other items to customers using inventory management software.
Ensure lab computers are operational and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
Work shifts that may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM and midnight, Sunday through Saturday. If the employee is unable to make his/her shift, they are asked to coordinate coverage with their coworkers.

Required Qualifications

Must be a currently enrolled student, registered for classes, and in good academic standing.
Must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Ability to effectively communicate one on one with end users.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic troubleshooting ability with some or all of the following:
- Windows OS
- Mac OS
- Mobile devices

Physical Demands

Installing printer paper and ink cartridges.

Salary
Starting at $12 an hour
