Responsibilities:

Develop, distribute, and provide content into the information environment to meet operational goals.
Analyze and comprehend the information environment, focusing on the cyber-persona layer of cyberspace.
Analyze and understand targets and target audience segments to assist in planning for cyber or information operations.
Utilize social engineering and gain knowledge of relevant culture, language, geography, history, and societal factors.
Analyze personality elements using specific methodologies.
Assess psychosocial needs, personal history, culture, and preferences of conversational counterparts.
Create interpersonal communication plans considering individual needs, personality, and likes/dislikes.
Employ rapport-building strategies to establish trust-based relationships.
Develop a credible social media presence to engage with specific demographics.
Use communication techniques to influence others.
Navigate social media platforms effectively to establish online credibility.

Qualifications:

Active/Current Top-Secret/SCI clearance
Minimum 10 years of recent work experience in various intelligence-related roles.
Completion of relevant courses such as Joint Information Operations Planner's Course (JIOPC) or equivalents.

Target Salary Range:

$112,000 - $179,000. Standard salary range based on experience and related factors.
