This is your new job:

- (Telephone) customer service and expansion of existing customer relationships

  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Complaint management, from recording to evaluation to escalation
  • First level support for the configuration system and independent creation of leasing configurations
  • Participation in the improvement of internal processes

What you bring with you:


  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in customer service
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Strong customer and sales orientation
