_Experienced Dental Receptionist _Qualifications:
- Fulltime only
- 3 to 5 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Receptionist or dental experience
- Must be familiar with dental terminology
- Familiar with insurance claims and reconciling EOBs
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients
- Answer phone calls in a professional and happy manner
- Educate patients on clinic and dental information
- Insurance verification
- Assist patients and new customers with all needs
- Schedule appointments
- Use of Dentrix software
- Checkin patients
- Maintain waiting area
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments
- Assist with administrative duties
