What we have planned together:

The Central Business Administration Organization is the organizational, process, and service department for accounting and related commercial areas within the REWE Group.

In the associated Tribe Business Administration Organization Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Non-Trading Goods, responsibility is consolidated for process designs and process ownerships related to document management, order processing, invoice processing, and internal corporate billing.

Our task as a Business Solution Provider of the REWE Group is particularly the process design, continuous development, optimization, and automation/digitalization of invoice processes.

We also see ourselves as active drivers of innovation. In further developments, we act as the interface between the specialist departments and the implementation by IT. We also ensure end-to-end governance of the processes and functions we support and ensure consistent procedures throughout the company.

In essence, we work with modules and further developed applications from the SAP R/3 or S4 Hana environment (especially FI / MM) and therefore ideally wish for colleagues with extensive SAP knowledge.
