Warwick Forest Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation is currently hiring for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to support our Nursing team.

Overview

The Lifelong Health Staffing Coordinator supports one or more department level Management.

Position is responsible for the following core job functions:

Customer service; processing of nursing payroll for all nursing team members; orders office supplies, maintenance of nursing schedule as they pertain to the use of RHS Staffing, outside agency staff, vacation and holiday requests and the regular scheduling of all full time, part time, PRN and labor pool employees to maintain proper staffing levels.

The employee will use Kronos electronic scheduler to develop the nursing schedule, updates will be reflect as needed to maintain accurate working schedule.

What you will do

  • Establish positive relationships with my customers and team members
  • Responsible for accurate timekeeping and processing of nursing payroll.
  • Ordering and maintaining needed office supplies.
  • Demonstrates effective coordination of staffing to provide adequate coverage for nursing departments. Utilizes Kronos Scheduler to coordinate coverage following assessment of identified needs by leadership and identified needs in the system, making calls to fill vacancies or callins. Maintains unit/department schedules as assigned. Communicates negative patterns/trends to leadership. Maintains attendance logs and other tracking documents.
  • Assist nurse managers in interview process by contacting and scheduling interviews when requested. Maintains updated lists of filled and vacant positions.

Qualifications:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED, (required)
  • Associates Degree, (preferred)
Experience

  • 1 year Medical office experience (required)
  • 1 year Staff Scheduling System and timekeeper or payroll processing experience (preferred)
Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in payroll software
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
