We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, and selling properties
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends and best practices
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property closings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
Requirements:
- Knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes
- Proven experience in sales or a customer service role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to market properties effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with property management practices
Pay:
$90, $104,553.00 per year
