We are currently seeking to add the following:

Shipper Level 2

Job Summary:

The Shipper Level 2 is responsible to pack, ship, wrap and label all products, as well as to create labels for shipments (UPS & FedEx).

They are also responsible for receiving and transporting materials and items from building to building.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clean, wrap and package parts to secure safe transit.
Print certificates of conformance and create invoices for shipments.
Create shipping labels with accurate addresses and shipping methods based on customer purchase orders.
Package freight shipments.
Prepare jobs to be sent to outside vendors.
Make local deliveries, pickups and trips to UPS and FedEx when needed.
Print end of day reports.
Performs necessary functions to adhere to safety standards.
Flexibility of working overtime hours is necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of how to package manufactured parts for shipping.
Must possess a valid driver's license. Experience driving a box truck and ability to obtain medical certification is a plus.
Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping procedures and forms.
Ability to lift 50lbs., bend and twist.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of basic computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours/Travel

1st Shift work schedule: 8hour shifts
Overtime as necessary
Flexible scheduling in agreement with Supervisor
