What you can expect from us:
- Proactively shape the business development department in a hyper-growth startup.
- Support our founders with strategic and operational tasks, providing valuable input.
- Assist with important tasks such as investor reporting, financial planning, strategic planning, fundraising, pitch deck creation, etc.
- Independently manage projects with tight deadlines.
- Coordinate complex schedules and meetings with internal and external teams, and reliably prepare for, attend, and follow up on important meetings.
What we're looking for:
- A degree with excellent grades from a top university in business administration, economics, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hypergrowth startups, or a similar field through internships or working student positions.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
- The ability to learn quickly in complex and challenging environments.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in digitalization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English (B1).
- Availability for at least 6 months.
