Your responsibilities:


  • Providing technical guidance and coordination to craftsmen for assigned IH measures in the technical building equipment field (heating, air conditioning, ventilation)
  • Planning, organizing, executing, and documenting IH measures
  • Conducting cost and schedule control and monitoring KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant QHSE requirements, including organizing trainings
  • Procuring materials and contracting internal and external third parties
  • Assessing damages and organizing and documenting corresponding damage analyses
  • Ensuring technical competence in the execution of IH measures
  • Actively participating in the gatekeeping process and making business decisions within defined value limits
  • Organizing work for plant modifications.

Your profile:


  • You have a master's degree in a technical field and several years of professional experience
  • Alternatively, you have a technician degree and several years of professional experience
  • Very good German language skills
