Hospice Registered Nurse

Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to patients in need? Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us in delivering exceptional Hospice care to patients within the local community, right in the comfort of their own homes


Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an RN role
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois(IL) or state of Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities:


  • Provide highquality Hospice care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changing needs
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and endoflife care
