Together with our growing Talent Acquisition Team, you will find suitable specialists and executives* for our business areas of construction & real estate, care & health, and agriculture & renewable energies in Asherton, TX.

Your tasks:

Direct approach: As an experienced networker, you know exactly where to find suitable talents for all business areas (especially at the upper level) of the Lindhorst Group and how to inspire them. In doing so, you are not afraid to take new and creative approaches in developing target group-specific search strategies, such as target company lists.

Interviews: You plan and conduct interviews independently, whether by phone, video conference, or in person, and make appropriate recommendations afterwards.

Project management: You actively contribute new ideas to continuously improve our recruiting process.

Stakeholder management: You are a trusted partner to your hiring managers.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (Bachelor's or Master's) or have completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications.
You have previous experience in recruiting, particularly in active sourcing or direct approach through other channels.
Due to your agility and previous experiences, you can easily adapt to new job roles and business fields.
You also understand how a company operates and can effectively integrate economic relationships into your daily work.
A confident demeanor, excellent communication and networking skills, as well as a structured, independent, and reliable work style complete your profile.
