Efficient functioning IT systems ensure that operations at Amazon run at top speed at all times.

Our IT Support Engineers work behind the scenes to troubleshoot issues and improve our systems, ensuring optimal operation of our business.

Your focus will be on ensuring that our IT infrastructure can meet the demands of our global business.

At the same time, you will work with the latest technology and learn how we are developing the warehouse environment of the future.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Support enduser devices and IT infrastructure in your building
  • Assist with major network projects, such as setting up IT facilities for new Amazon buildings
  • Propose new processes to improve the use of IT at Amazon logistics centers
  • Train and mentor IT professionals

A Day in the Life:
A typical workday involves working on-site and visiting other operational locations in Germany and possibly internationally.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will work remotely and in the office with colleagues to assist with any issues.

You will use your expertise to ensure the optimal operation of our platforms and implement projects for maintenance or improvement of our IT infrastructure.

You may also help design the infrastructure for new buildings and ensure that everything runs smoothly when the new site is launched.
