Description
The tasks of the wastewater technology specialists (m/f/d) at Aggerverband include:
  • Digital, continuous monitoring and control of operations at wastewater treatment plants
  • Inspection of cleaning processes through analysis of wastewater samples (laboratory analysis)
  • Troubleshooting
  • Preparation of computer-based reports for quality assurance
  • Maintenance, repair, and maintenance work on equipment, machinery, and pipelines

Block instruction takes place at Hans-Schwier-Berufskolleg in Gelsenkirchen, and the inter-company training takes place at BEW in Essen. Accommodation is provided on-site and organized by us.

What you bring:
  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Satisfactory grades in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and biology
  • Interest in natural sciences
  • Manual dexterity
  • Technical understanding
  • Carefulness and diligence
  • Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and reliability
  • Initiative
