General Overview:

SETGO Partners is seeking a Milwaukee-based Marketing Specialist to join their Sales and Marketing team.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and event strategy for SETGO Partners, connecting our story, reputation, and core values with overall company growth.

You will work with the Leadership team to develop a successful and scalable strategy, with team members to highlight our highly skilled and talented team and clients to tell our story of exceptional service and success.

The Marketing Specialist will also play the role of events manager for the company.

You will be responsible for planning client and channel events such as dinners, happy hours, and the SETGO Partners Invitational, our golf tournament that runs in multiple cities across North America throughout the year.

The Marketing Specialist will also lead the planning of SETGO Partner's in-person company meetings, which take place twice per year.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the SETGO Partners marketing strategy to include various channels, tactics, and approaches.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets (videos, white papers, ebooks, etc.).
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital events (webinars, video content, etc.).
  • Maintain, update, and improve website (Wix).
  • Manage the approved annual marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to plan partner and client events across North America.
  • Lead planning for biannual inperson company meetings.
  • Conduct Client Interviews for Client Success Stories.
  • Develop and execute the company's social media strategy.
  • Develop and execute company SEO strategy.
  • Manage sales and marketing team meeting administrative tasks.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Design marketing content that is used in the marketing strategy as well as within the delivery of Client communication.

Qualifications:


  • College Graduates with a marketing emphasis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, Flexible, Self-Aware
  • Lives within a 30minute drive of Milwaukee, WI

Compensation:

The starting salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 paid annually. This position is also eligible for an annual performance based bonus program.

$45, $50,000.00 per year
