    STAT Home Health in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking Home Health Aides (CNA)

    We invite you to become a part of one of the fastest-growing Home Health Care and Hospice agencies that spans across six states and employs over 2,400 healthcare professionals. Our vast network of healthcare providers allows us to provide optimal patient care and seamless transition across service lines.

    Essential duties include:

    • Obtain and record vitals according to standard practice
    • Assist with the following ADL's during each visit: mobility, transferring, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating or toileting
    • Complete clinical notes for all visits
    • Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN

    Qualifications:

    • Current nursing assistant certification in the State of Louisiana required
    • Current CPR Certification
    • Previous home health experience preferred
    • Compassionate and great time management skills
    • Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
