- Plan and attend to daily living and dining needs of assigned resident group.
- Conduct regular rounds to identify and address significant issues promptly.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment through necessary interventions.
- Monitor residents' skin condition daily and report any concerns to the Licensed Staff.
- Assist in repositioning residents requiring treatment.
- Take and document vital signs, perform weight checks, and maintain electronic health records.
- Provide laundry, housekeeping, dining assistance, and aid in activities.
- Perform tasks delegated by Licensed Staff or Nursing Management.
- Must have a valid CNA certification in Louisiana.
- Skills required: organization, interpersonal relations, sound judgment, emergency care, teamwork, resident care, adaptability, and adherence to standards.
- Exclusion-free participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
