full time Lobby Ambassador to join our team at our luxury association,
Perla on Broadway,
located in Downtown Los Angeles.**
Compensation: $21.

00 Hourly Plus Benefits


Schedule:


  • Sunday
  • Monday 11:00am 7:30pm


  • Tuesday

  • Thursday 6:00am 2:30pm

Job Summary:


  • Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Requirements:


  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
  • Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude
  • Strong judgment and solutionsoriented
  • Proactive customer service approach
