Department Overview
The Investor Communications Group supports the Firm's capital raising efforts across various products, strengthening its relationship with investors and contributing to the overall growth of the Firm.
The department is also responsible for investor onboarding and is the primary point of contact for investor reporting and ongoing account maintenance.
The group collaborates closely with department leadership, business unit heads and the Business Development and Marketing Groups to develop and execute plans in line with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
The Junior Analyst (or Analyst) will join the Data Management Team ("DMT") within the Firm's growing Investor Communications ("IC") Department which serves as a key point of contact to the Firm's investor base.
This role requires a motivated individual with a proactive approach to working with other team members and departments, ability to manage tight reporting deadlines and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Updating and managing investor information in CRM databases
- Processing new investor subscriptions including the collection and analysis of contact information and wire instructions
- Preparing investor reporting and other communications
- Responsible for producing and managing metrics for the various DMT / IC functions
- Adhoc IC projects related to data reconciliation efforts ensuring the integrity of all investor information across multiple systems
- Assisting in preparing materials for weekly team meetings and quarterly investor meetings and calls
- Correspond daily with internal teams on daytoday and adhoc activity
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
